Now opening protected territories nationally

National territory availability.

We're opening markets selectively across the United States. One contractor. One approved territory. One managed growth system.

Protected markets

One approved contractor per protected market.

We aren't trying to sign every coating company in America. The model works better when we're aligned with one strong operator inside an approved territory.

For qualifying active clients, we provide protected local-market status: one primary concrete-coating client per approved protected territory. We don't automatically grant statewide exclusivity.

Boundaries are set before launch, based on

  • Population
  • Service radius
  • Market density
  • Competition
  • Advertising economics
  • Surrounding metropolitan areas

Protected market boundaries are defined in writing before we start.

One contractor. One approved territory.

One managed concrete-coating growth system. Two ways to launch.

National rollout offerFounding Territory Partner

We're opening select protected territories across the United States.

For a limited number of qualifying territories, contractors can launch the complete Growth System Build for $2,500 instead of $3,500. Ongoing management stays $1,500/month. It's the same core managed system. The reduced build price exists because we're opening new protected markets during our national rollout.

  • Answer calls and leads consistently
  • Care about reputation and customer experience

  • Want measurable marketing rather than random posting

Founding territory questions

  • Why is the Founding Territory launch price reduced?

We're opening a limited number of new protected territories as we expand nationally. Qualified contractors entering those markets during the rollout receive a $1,000 reduction on the one-time Growth System Build: $2,500 instead of $3,500. It's the same core managed system.

    Full answer
  • Is monthly management discounted for Founding Territory Partners?

No. Only the one-time Growth System Build is reduced. Ongoing Growth Management stays $1,500 per month for every client, month-to-month, and advertising spend is always paid separately and directly to the ad platforms.

    Full answer
  • Is Polyurea Marketing new to concrete coating marketing?

No. Polyurea Marketing's system was developed from real experience marketing concrete-coating services, including our work with ArmorShield Concrete Coatings. The national rollout is an expansion into additional U.S. territories. It is not our first experience in the concrete-coating industry.

    Full answer
  • Are you offering statewide exclusivity?

Usually not. Protected territories are defined individually based on geography, population, service radius and market conditions. Large or densely populated states are usually split into several independent protected markets, and boundaries are agreed in writing before launch.

    Full answer
  • Can two Polyurea Marketing clients operate in the same state?

Potentially, yes. Large or densely populated states such as Texas, Florida, California, New Jersey or North Carolina can support several independent protected territories. The goal is to avoid direct competition inside an agreed market, not to block entire states unnecessarily.

    Full answer
  • What happens when my territory is closed?

Once a qualifying territory is assigned to an active client in good standing, Polyurea Marketing will not knowingly onboard a direct competing concrete-coating company inside that same approved protected territory. Closed markets are shown as closed on the territory availability page.

    Full answer
  • Does "Founding Territory Partner" mean ownership?

No. "Founding Territory Partner" refers only to joining our territory expansion program during the national rollout. It does not provide ownership, equity, franchise rights, employment or corporate partnership rights. It is a marketing services relationship.

    Full answer
  • Do you guarantee results for territory partners?

No. Campaign performance depends on competition, budget, market conditions, sales process, capacity, pricing and customer experience. We build, manage, track and continuously improve the acquisition system, and report honestly on what it produces.
